Tyler Shannon Retinoblastoma Fund

As many of you are aware, Trevor Shannon's son Tyler has been diagnosed with retinoblastoma.  Retinoblastoma (Rb) is a rapidly developing cancer that develops from the immature cells of a retina, the light-detecting tissue of the eye and is the most common malignant tumor of the eye in children.  Trevor is a firefighter for Roanoke Fire-EMS as well as an employee for Roanoke Virginia Firemen FCU.

On November 25, 2013 Tyler began undergoing monthly chemotherapy treatments at the UVA Medical Center.  Money to help Tyler's family with medical expenses, travel, food, and lodging is being collected.  If  you would like to donate money to the Tyler Shannon Retinoblastoma Fund, you can do so by:
